Hi, I’m Viktoriia — a photographer.
Photography has been part of my life for many years. Officially, I’ve been working in the field since 2016, but in reality, it began much earlier — from the moment I received my first camera as a graduation gift from my mum. Since then, photography has always been present in my life, even during the periods when it wasn’t my main focus.
From 2016 to 2022, I worked professionally in marketing and visual content creation.
During this time, I created commercial content for restaurants, cafés, fashion and footwear brands, collaborating with both large companies and Ukrainian fashion labels. This experience shaped my visual approach, sense of composition, light, style, and understanding of brand aesthetics.
Starting from 2022, photography moved into a deeper, more personal space for me. I began focusing on photographing real people rather than commercial images — people who don’t know their “best angle,” but who carry genuine emotion and unique energy.
I’m always inspired by the process of discovering a person during a photoshoot: often, clients arrive as one version of themselves and see something entirely new in the final images.
My photography style
My style is about life, simplicity, and genuine emotion.
I don’t create magazine-style imagery or use heavy retouching. My editing is always light and natural, with close attention to light, colour, and the atmosphere of each frame.
My main focus during every shoot is creating a calm, comfortable experience. When people feel relaxed, the most meaningful moments naturally appear — moments that remain valuable for years to come.
A little personal
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a mum to a young boy who plays football professionally. A lot of my time is spent on the road between training sessions, which has only deepened my appreciation for simple, real moments in everyday life.
What Shapes My Work
People First
I focus on people, not poses.
Comfort, trust, and connection always come before the camera.
Honest Aesthetic
I’m drawn to natural light, real emotions, and simple compositions
that feel timeless rather than trendy.
Experience That Guides
With over 9 years in photography, I know how to adapt, listen,
and create images that feel true to each person or brand.
Thoughtful Process
I work calmly and intentionally, giving space for moments
to unfold naturally — without pressure.
