● A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.

● The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the booking, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made.

● The remaining balance is payable immediately after the session.

● Edited images are delivered within 15 days after the session.

● Priority editing and delivery within 3 days is available for an additional £50.

● Travel costs may apply depending on the location.

● Studio hire or paid locations are not included in the session price.

● Raw files are not provided.

● A full JPEG gallery (unedited originals) can be purchased for an additional £50.

● One complimentary reschedule is included.

● A second reschedule is subject to a £50 rebooking fee.

● After a second reschedule, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

● Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time. If the client arrives late, the session will take place within the remaining booked time.

● Additional shooting time may be arranged for an extra fee, subject to the photographer’s availability.

● By booking a session, you agree to my editing style, visual aesthetic, image selection process, and artistic approach.

● Only edited images selected by the photographer are delivered.
